Board of Trustees

The Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) is governed by an eight-member Board of Trustees that oversee the activities of the district's two public community colleges, Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College, and represent the residents of Anaheim Hills, Orange, Santa Ana, Villa Park and portions of Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Irvine and Tustin.

The Board of Trustees has full legal authority and responsibility for the college district. It derives its powers from the Constitution of the State of California and the acts of the Legislature.
